Gazprom says EU take 41% of gas pumped in storages in 2021

MOSCOW, Dec 24 (PRIME) -- The European consumers have used more than 41% of gas pumped in the underground storages in 2021, Gazprom said in a statement on its official Telegram channel on Friday.

"According to Gas Infrastructure Europe, more than 41% of gas pumped this year has been taken from the European underground storages as of December 22," the company said.

The daily records were set on Tuesday and Wednesday, amounting to 700 million cubic meters and 712 million cubic meters respectively.
